Oh I detected the irony hence my not engaging in a lengthy post about us having the best DM in the league , the Dutch masterclass in Gini, captain courageous in Hendo etc etc etc
I still know Reds who don't rate Gini. Mind boggling.
He is getting closer to goal now, a least getting shots off, if he adds goals to his game for us he'll become the perfect centre midfielder, he's so important to us, I thought that was universally agreed.
* The above is posted in my opinion. Feel free to disagree.
Just been looking at that Twitter thread with the Barca fan getting some payback and scrolled down to the image of Firmy showing a picture on his phone of Trent at the corner flag.
It lovely how much of our team is appreciated by the rest the team. We've completely shook the tag of being a one man team and it's brilliant. Literally the whole side is the the best, of close to the best, in their position

Definitely a more complete team than we have had for many many years, its our time
removing all the weak links makes us stronger
too many gutless players, no beef or desire. pussies everywhere... sack them all.

Apart from that midfield, which is, of course, ****.
What with their 8 straight wins and 8pt lead.

The midfield have adapted well on the whole, but I still can't help but wonder what level the midfield would be now if Ox hadn't been cut down by that injury and if Naby hadn't had such a stop/start beginning here.

Was Ox injured at the weekend?
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

Tis true, we could be looking at 10 wins out of 8 with a better midfield!
He got struck by a ball to the face in training and was still feeling the affects on matchday apparently.
There was an article last week on an interview Ox gave saying the doctors don't think his knee will be over the effects of surgery for two years.
He still wakes up with swelling and soreness following training/games. I don't think he'll be much more than a bit part player/impact sub for this season at least.
