We've played them all including United and Stoke twice.

We need to improve this particular stat massively if we are to get anywhere.

Why you posting Gary Neville youtube clips lad?

Not beaten any team in the top half, but at least we are beating most sides near the bottom. I think once we add a bit more quality, the wins over the top sides will come. We were unlucky not to beat Everton and deserved more from the City & Spurs games.

I'm still of the opinion that we will kick on from February onwards. We were quite fortunate this week to see our main rivals for fourth all drop points. Difficult games next week for Spurs & Arsenal too, so all in all we may come out of a tough run of fixtures no worse of than when we went into them, which would be pretty ****ing epic tbh.
          Forwards.......

Because I have nothing to say regarding the match and I'm disappointed Sturridge didn't do a dance after his goal.

I've read people posting on here that that playing Wisdom was a mistake?? He was in our best 3 players ffs.
More **** posted is that Rodgers doesn't have a 'plan b' well 2nd half we played 4-2-3-1. That is exactly how we lined up with Suarez off Sturridge, Downing, Sterling then Borini in the wide positions with Gerrard and Allen/Henderson in the midfield 2.

Its easy to criticise with the benefit of hindsight but for me Rodgers picked a team to keep possession and stay compact before planning on introducing Sturridge, Borini and Henderson after an hour or so when they begin to tire and the game stretches.

Didn't work that way but I can see the logic.

And by the way in this fixture last season under Kenny was the most one sided 2-1 you'll ever see.
This time round we did more than enough 2nd half to get a point.
The King was back for a short while. Long live The King.

Not sure it was the team or the tactics. We always let them take the initiative at OT before we wake up and start playing.

Except I don't understand why, because our record there in the last 10 years is probably as good as (better than?) anybodies.

Our record in the last 10 years there isn't great 2 wins and 8 defeats in the league
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

Totally outplayed in the first half, and after around 55 minutes we wanted it much more than them. Shame we didn't want it the whole time. Thought the front 3 of Borini, Sturridge and Suarez looked promising.

Hopefully now Sterling can be protected a bit and used a little less. He is so good, I worry about us burning him out early in his career.

Aye, certainly not his best game. Think he needs to get taken out so it doesn't knock his confidence too much too.

I think Lucas has been struggling lately.
                                Are we winning?
