Quite extraordinary. As almost everyone agrees he's a top 5 player in the world and I doubt anyone in the top 20 would join a club with no European football unless we paid them outrageous wages.

Suarez is impulsive and he's letting out his frustrations whilst he is at home where he feels safe and loved and in every interview he has done he has made it clear how much he respects and loves Liverpool and the fans and that its everything else in England that he is tired of.

If we make him stay and refuse to sell him you can be absolutely certain that he will play as if his kids lives depended on victory and he would continue to respect and love Liverpool and the supporters as we should him.

Just let him let off his steam and don't worry about him so much. I'm really not worried about him, I'm more worried about the owners using his impulsive actions as an excuse to sell him to whoever tries to buy him and banking the money.

I don't want Suarez to go as he is a world class footballer and we have those in short supply but if he is so adamant that he wants to leave and Real is willing to pay what his true value is so be it.

As long as we re-invest all the money and spend it wisely of few quality signings (coz you cannot replace him like for like) we can actually improve our starting 11 and increase chances of qualifying for CL next year.

Whatever happens we need to deal with this quickly and efficiently.

Cannot allow for this saga to drag until the end of the window.

Another Alonso and/or Torres saga could be quite damaging for us in terms of finding the right replacements for the right price if we leave it too long.

Regardless of that, whatever he wants or thinks he wants I think we just keep him. His value will not decrease at all if we keep him for another year and he is the type of player that will give 100% whatever.

If he only had 2 years on his contract maybe I would need to take a different view but he doesn't so my view is we keep him regardless and I'm completely certain he will play with passion and determination next season in a red shirt.

Man City, Spurs and Man U have all shown that clubs can stand up to player power with Tevez, Modric and Rooney and this isn't even the same kind of situation. The player has no conflict with us.

Agree with first part but not with second.

If Real would offer £80+ (which they would not) I wouldn't stay in his way as long as every penny would be re-invested into the squad.

I would agree with saying to Suarez that we are not going to let him leave whatever he says and whatever offer we receive but unfortunately that wouldn't stop the press from dragging it on all summer and Luis cannot help himself, he's impulsive.
