I think Klopp's accepted that with Lovren, you'll get the occasional abomination of a performance, which will have us all howling with derision. I remember reading him saying that if you could list the attributes you want in a centre-half, then Lovren has them.
Ultimately, it'll cost a fortune to find a player similar to him.
And he was immense last night. He didn't look out of place, and fought for the cause.
