Thanjk you.

Saw Tomkins tweet that 5 of Arsenals 6 chances came from Clynes wing. So maybe they didn't target him as much as first thought.
I wasn't sure about that stat but think it might be right. The one where mad Albie headed it straight to Ramsey in the box before two footing him was defo a cross from the right. Not sure about the penalty.

Not sure if that link will work as I can't copy the graphic in work, but surprisingly the attacking dashboard shows that Arsenal barely used the excellent Bellerin and did indeed focus most of their attacks down the left. Chambers to Monreal was the most common pass combination in the game, whereas Bellerin was towards the bottom.
I wonder what Wenger’s thinking was.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

Wenger thinking was like this " Why has Klopp played Moreno at Left Back, Hmmm Now I know Klopp is a tactical genius so there must be a very clever reason for it, so I'll play him at his own game and attack down his right, that'll show him.
Anyone think he's got it in him to become a decent defender i.e learn the basics such as not diving in, staying on your feet and holding a line?
Klopp must see something in him and surely the errors have to stop sooner rather than later, no one has the inability not to learn and keep making the same mistakes over and again surely?

...think Klopp's caught between a rock and a hard place with him at the moment. Without a decent upgrade in the summer window (as yet), he's going to have to rely on Moreno at least until the Jan window, so has to be seen to back him and encourage his development. If we get someone decent in before end of August, Klopp might change his tune...
Alberto Moreno: Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp backs under-fire full-back
Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp insists he will not be swayed by recent criticism of Reds left-back Alberto Moreno.
The 24-year-old Spain player conceded a penalty in last week's win at Arsenal and BBC pundit Garth Crooks claimed Liverpool would be relegated if he remained in the team.
"Alberto could have done better but I don't really understand what we are talking about," Klopp said.
"I cannot be interested in criticism from other people."
Moreno's tackle on Theo Walcott for the penalty at the Emirates was described on TV by former England coach Gary Neville as "absolute garbage".
Klopp said of the Spanish defender, a £12m signing from Sevilla two years ago: "Are we doing this every time someone's performance isn't very good then we talk about it in a press conference?
"He played, so there was a reason for it - that is what I think about and not what other people want me to think."
Moreno remains the only specialist left-back at the club after summer target Ben Chilwell opted to sign a new contract with Premier League champions Leicester.
However, Klopp says he is not concerned by the position, claiming: "We are not blind and we have other options. Milly [James Milner] can play it really good, we saw that in the Barcelona game.
"I had a talk to him as I didn't want to force a new position on an experienced player.
"Nathaniel Clyne played it, Trent Alexander plays right full-back so we have options and on a very defensive day Ragnar Klavan can play there.
"It is possible to take another [player on a transfer] but only if it is the guy we want."
Meanwhile, the German was optimistic the shoulder injury sustained by recent signing Sadio Mane in training would not sideline the former Southampton forward for too long.
"It was a challenge with two players up in the air coming down and Sadio fell on his shoulder but it is not that serious," Klopp explained
"At this moment I have no idea if he could be available for the weekend [at Burnley] but I don't think it will take a long time.
"At the first moment it was not too good but I think it is all OK."

It doesn't surprise me. If Klopp had wanted shot of Moreno, he would have done it ages ago - see Benteke.
Moreno has his flaws and can cost us a few goals at times but I think his mentality and his ability to play on the front foot all the time is highly valued by Klopp.
Carragher would want to have a word with himself. He is falling into the Lawro / Gary Neville trap of thinking that you need to be so controversial to keep your name as a pundit.
For me, Moreno was so ****ing stupid to give away the penalty against Arsenal. And there were a few times when you could see that he was out of position. And I genuinely feel that we can do so much better in that position (just accept that they are our feeder club and buy Bertrand from Southampton ffs!!!)
BUT.......Moreno was not at fault for the first goal. He simply wasn't. LFC had the ball and were counter attacking. Moreno was offering an outlet down the left wing. It wasn't Moreno that got caught in possesion in the middle of the park. And the fact that Neville was so slating of AM for the first goal suggests that he either has an agenda, or else he doesn't have a ****in clue what he is talking about. Maybe that is why Valencia looked so so ****e under the 2 sprawns of Neville Neville.
Klopp is giving AM some public backing. What is he supposed to do? Tell the world that Moreno is a clueless **** that can't ****in multitask? In reality if Klopp wants to bomb out Moreno (and I think that might be a good idea) then he will ensure that his replacement is there first. Essentially there are 3 potential paths for AM right now:
(1) He maintains his position / status as our only left back specialist.
(2) He is replaced and sold
(3) He is replaced but becomes a squad player.....as a left back or a left winger
None of those scenarios are going to be enhanced by Klopp now coming out and saying that Moreno was a bag of ****e against Arsenal. So how ****in stupid were the journos thinking that they might get a reaction from JK.
