Thanjk you.

They made Madrid wait. We played our hand way too early We could have easily persuaded him to wait until the Christmas break, seeing as he was suspended for most of that time.
The fact is we sold him with no replacement, and were left scrapping the barrel.
On what basis do you think that we could easily have persuaded him to stay? Every indication was that he wanted out as soon as possible, unless you know something that the rest of us don't. Also, Bale had been with Spurs for a long time, seems a decent bloke, and showed an admiral level of loyalty. The same can't really be said of Suarez.
Zola still fancies us for the title and says we are not to our level yet. I've got to agree. Too many players are off the pace, no Sturridge and a few key players just coming back from injury and some still missing.
Southampton keeping cleansheets despite losing Lovren, we can't keep one despite getting him. You don't need to set a whole team up to defend in order to defend well. We need a defensive coach in and quick. It can't be coincidence that no matter who plays we are awful. This seasons goals against column will be as bad as last seasons without the mitigation of the goals for column.
And what is the only consistent face in the defensive setup the last 2 years? Gobsmacked that it's so hard to see for so many people....
We were somewhere around Barstow on the edge of the desert when the drugs began to take hold.
No chance will we win the title, you can't afford to lose that many games in quick succession.
Klopp on LFC vs MUFC (March 9th 2016) - "This is why I love football. This is why we watched it when we were young. I can still not have enough of it."
Always, keep your face to the sun, and shadows will fall behind you.

That was a typo. I reckon we could have convinced him to wait until the ban ended, tell him that it would diminish his price if we sold him before and he owes the club, lay on a guilt trip.
This was the same Suarez who was in tears after the Palace game, so I think that's a little unfair. Spurs are nothing but a provincial team, not the global brand that we are.
In the beginning, Fowler created the Heaven and the Earth.
Gerrard was worse than Mig? And Lovren? What about Borini?
Gerrard had a(nother) bad game but he should not be today's scapegoat.
If you can't see what was wrong with the team (Gerrard) then fair enough. Rodgers can see it and even tried to hint Stevie to save face and pretend he had to come off for a hamstring. But no, he wanted to stay on.
We had no cover for our defenders/goalie because Gerrard was anonymous, and we had no forward momentum to Sterling and Balotelli because Gerrard is now a non-entity on the pitch (sadly).
Brendan will do what's necessary. I'm sure of it. Keep Stevie for the cup/CL games and sparse usage in the league.
The team won't gel and click in enough time for title but top 4 is still possible.
Need to grind out results in the meantime even if it means opting for a much tighter formation with Sterling playing off either Balotelli or Sturridge, not 2 strikers.
The keeper and defence is a nightmare but Gerrard ahead of them is a massive problem. He puts so much pressure on the backline & doubles Henderson's workload. It's a very touchy subject with some but it is a problem.

I don't think anyone serious thought we could finish 1st without Suarez in the team. We are just about the only team in the league to be weaker in terms of first eleven, so the trajectory was likely down.
Still held out hope that Lovern would be good, and that our splurge on Lallana Markovic and Lambert would get us a few goals.
Top four was vital although at this stage, I am starting to worry. Can we match Arsenal and the Mancs? Long way to go, but we need to start picking up points, and start playing well.

That's what I'm trying to say. Its not easy because of what he has done for us, for which we will never forget.
But no man is greater than LFC.
The saddest eye opener for me today was when Downing, yes fcking Giraffe Downing made Gerrard his b*tch in the first 10 minutes of the game (i.e. fresh legs for both players).
