That's just confirming what we already knew though, question really is how soon after the November break will he be back?

Apparently has come back from copa america with a bit of a niggle. Letting Kelleher go seems risky.

If I was Ali or agent I'd be looking for a move, he's been here 6 years and won everything. Madrid would take him. I'm pleasantly suprised by his loyalty to us.

Or he has more injuries.Originally posted by Exiled_red View PostIs there any suggestion that Alisson would leave in a year's time? He's only 31 now so has at least 5 years left at a high level (injury permitting). IMO the only way he isn't our number 1 for the next 2-3 years is if we sell him or his form drops off a cliff.
His father figure just left the club, if Klopp turns up at another club in any capacity, it wouldn't surprise me if he followed him.
He is out of contract in '27, so the club would entertain a good offer from next summer imo.

Put one of those buy back clauses in that kicks in after two seasons and maybe take a little less in a fee because of that. Gives time to see if he can do it over a couple of seasons and also lets us see where Ali is in a couple more seasons.

maybe Kweeve will fancy a loan move instead..... would be a kick in the balls for him if he stayed around waiting for Ali to **** off only for LFC to buy another top goalie when Ali ****s off.
I think if we get offered big cash then Edwards will plug it into the algorithm and sell the prick.

Yep Ali has picked up a few injuries here & there so he’s bound to get his fair share of game time.Originally posted by Cerbie View Post
a 12-month delay to become our first choice keeper, or move now and spend 3-4 years in a sub-top 6 side. I suspect he'll get more cup games next season, plus be there for any injuries Ali picks up.

But that’s what I mean, we don’t know what will or could happen so because he’s only young I’d stick around as every player is potentially one injury away from retirement. Patience is the key.Originally posted by Exiled_red View PostIs there any suggestion that Alisson would leave in a year's time?
