I hope Richarlison gets an extended ban the cunt. Oh and I hope Pickford gets a retrospective ban too.

You can see from the ‘blur’ of the ball that the pass has been made by Thiago so the footage should be rolled back. All that’s happening is good play is being penalised. They are making minuscule decisions on unclear footage.Modifying post.

i think I remember someone talking about this and how the number of frames in the footage isn't enough to get the exact frame at timesOriginally posted by Buzzo View Posthttps://twitter.com/mobyhaque1/statu...59672085991424

My heart is still pounding that was a ****ing shocker at the end.
I think Oliver had a decent game. For Pickfords challenge he might not have had the best view, but he would have been advised by the assistant ref and the var official who ****ed up really. He got it right for the Richarlison foul straight away.
One of those games. Are we winning?

Very difficult to defend this. Virgil might have unnerved him but the pass was great from James. Can’t blame the defence for this but surely the way we lost the ball and left ourselves exposed is something we need to look at.Are we winning?

Wouldn’t have conceded either of them goals had VVD been on the pitch.Originally posted by Tribute View PostFine margins and yes VAR and officials were absolutely appalling today. No excuses though - we should have been out of sight earlier, don’t even know what Robbo was attempting with Calvert Lewin’s equaliser.. if we were more clinical it wouldn’t have mattered.3rd place. Worst champions ever.

Yep, so the point remains why is the VAR ref making absolute guesses with a winning goal moments from the full time whistle?Originally posted by ric.williams View Posti think I remember someone talking about this and how the number of frames in the footage isn't enough to get the exact frame at timesHello mert.

If a defender is walking the opposite direction to the striker at 3 miles per hour - slower than average walking pace - they will cover 1.34112m in 1 second. Double that because the attacker is moving at the same pace. 2.68224 meters per second or 268.224 cmOriginally posted by ric.williams View Posti think I remember someone talking about this and how the number of frames in the footage isn't enough to get the exact frame at times
Offside decisions use cameras that operate at 50 frames per second. Assuming they can pinpoint the exact frame at which the ball is struck there is a 5.3cm margin of error. 1 frame either side and you have a 16cm margin of error.
Now what if the players are running?Football without Origi is nothing

You have to go with the infield decision. Then, let the ref look at it. If he feels there is evidence to make him change his mind then do so, if not you stay with on field decision.Originally posted by Fivex View PostYep, so the point remains why is the VAR ref making absolute guesses with a winning goal moments from the full time whistle?
You still may get the odd shocker, but ultimately there is accountability (as there used to be if ref made a bad decision). Referee MUST have final say.
It’s not complicated.Modifying post.
