Not bad.....Gomez out of the firing line, rather not have focus on both himself and Adrian, but while I wouldn't mind seeing a bit of Gini for the big games, looking forward to see how Thiago performs.

I'm happy with that side, probably the best side we could put out. I think taking Gomez out of the firing line is a good thing, just hope Matip is ready, that is my only concern with the outfield players. Adrian playing rather than Alisson is obviously a major concern, and after the Villa game you would imagine Everton will want to test him from the start. I imagine they will be taking every opportunity to put him under pressure, I would expect some ****housery from corners as well as them throwing themselves to the floor looking for pens. I really hate these games.

Yeah I’m not looking forward to this at all but having Matip back is a bonus. A match fit Matip would be preferable but I’ll take him over Gomez after the last match.
