Hard win, to their credit sheffield didn't make it easy. I wonder how far they ran to tonight, they put in a marathon effort.

Not too worried about performances this season. The gruelling schedule means even the best teams will have to rely on grinding results out. Although, I would prefer limiting/preventing the ease of which opposition have been able to carve chances against us this season (including with van Dijk).

It wasn't that bad, particularly second half

It wasn't all that great a great game, but I agree, it wasn't that bad a performance. We found a way to get back into the game and were pretty much in control for all of the second half. It was the sort of game we always used to draw up until 2 years or so ago.

We were also had couple of moments of Magic from Mo, that were cm's from it being a resounding 4-1 win.

That first finish was absolutely sublime, gutted he was offside.

It will click when Thiago is in that midfield with Hendo and Gini. Simply mouthwatering. Jota to come on against tired legs to kill off games as opposed to just hanging on.

Just get as many points on the board as we can. We're definitely losing a number of games this season, but so will everyone else. Hopefully we can stay close until Jan where we can bring in a centre back.

We weren't at our fluid best and are figuring out a few formation issues due to injures, but ****e is a but much. We also gain 2 pts on Utd, City, Chelsea today.

It is definitely not going to be the procession we witnessed last season. We are a very tough team to beat (obviously excusing that one game) and still have the same relentless desire to win.

I'd certainly not bet against us this season, and once we can get the likes of Thiago, Keita, Ox fit we can be quite a force.

13 points from 6 games (should be 15 but for dodgy VAR decision in the derby), it's a solid enough start given the performances haven't been great and we are a few points ahead of the sides that are supposed to be our title rivals.

Maybe a bit in the first half, but we were dominant second half. I dont recall being even remotely concerned that they were going to score.
