Citeh have the opportunity to vastly improve their GD in their remaining games so even if they did lose one, their GD would be enough… imagine how much worse that would be… to lose it on GD… **** that.

City also only have the league to play for so they can concentrate on it, they'll be motivated by the fact that if they don't win that it's a trophyless season. I don't see them losing it from here.

I think it was more about taking Fab off, having been booked, probably wanted a man in the midfield who could take a yellow for the team if Spurs had a break.

We already had 4 forwards on for the last 25 mins or so, not that it looked like it, all apart from Diaz were poor tonight.

What can you do really, only so many games you can win in a season. Crazy that this will not be enough in the end. The ****ty points we lost to Brentford, Leicester, Brighton etc... those were always gonna happen. This year it pains me a bit that, unlike previously, we never really brought it against the big teams, six draws in the league against City, Spurs and Chelsea. The semi-final win against City was the only big one - the Carabao final too, but only after pens, and Atletico and Inter earlier in the CL, if we can even consider them to be in our rang... Who else, Arsenal? I hope somehow City **** up but I can't really see it. Too bad, this team deserves more.

No squad can cope with playing on all fronts without compromises, alot of players looked knackered tonight and we just didn't have the energy or ideas to win out. Disappointing but what can ya do.
