If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

I know Arsenal are top but I still feel City are the side to worry about most. My feeling is whoever finishes above City wins it because I can't see City finishing outside the top 2. There is still a long way to go but City are definately capable of winning all their remaining games, I am not sure I would say the same for us and Arsenal. I think ability wise we are capable, the biggest thing that could undo it for us is, not having the squad/fitness for the 2 games a week for the next 2 months, hopefully players can come back and boost the squad, but we really need them to come back and hit the ground running.

As things stand we have to assume we need to win every game, that doesn't change whatever the City Arsenal result. An Arsenal win and we will be needing to overturn their GD advantage, a City win and we need to win to stay a point ahead of them, even a draw doesn't change that as a slip up by us puts us back in a GD race with Arsenal.

The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

Yeah City are still the team to beat and I think they will beat Arsenal in the next game. We need to win every game from here out, it's a tough ask but with a bit of luck we are more than capable of doing it.

They beat Arsenal (or draw with them) and then it is back in our hands again. We would not need to take more points than City from there on in, we would just have to match them.

I think all three teams at the top are going to drop points over the coming ten games though, but still think we are the ones that are going to finish on top.

all the other points we dropped this season could also title deciding points.

Yeah but the point was specifically relating to the decision in yesterdays game gainst another title contender. That decision was a 3 point swing (2 more to us, one less to City).

This is football, personally I don’t think it was a ‘stonewall’ penalty. I can see why it wasn’t given and prefer to look at the positives from yesterday. Not many people gave us much hope of getting anything with the injuries we had.

It was a brilliant game, both teams had chances to take all the points. We shared points with arguably one of the best teams in PL history, ravaged with injuries and we are still a point ahead of them in the league.

It’s really exciting, in my opinion Arsenal will **** the bed, it will be toe to toe with City and it’s in our hands. Positive energy lads, positive energy.

                    Kelleher
                    Bradley Quansah VVD Gomez
                    Endo

Look at that back 6 against City's strongest 11, in their best form of the season.

                    It's absolutely bonkers.
not to do us down but city arent the force they have been previously, they must be wondering wtf happened yesterday. Hopefully more teams have a crack against them

Take out VVD and they cost about the same as Haalands makeup routine.

Regardless of cost, that backline is pretty impressive, and Alisson, Trent, Konate Robertson and whichever DM I thought we needed to compete at the highest level are no longer automatic starters, and need to accept rotation bsed on fitness and form, because those 6 deserve their places in the team.

Although am I the only one who thinks Gomez looks far better on the left, for some reason?
In the beginning, Fowler created the Heaven and the Earth.

                          Countyist maybe

But let me put this out there.

                          Daniel O'Donnell

                          Mary Coughlain

                          Shay Given

                          Conal Gallen

Not exactly a ringing endorsement of the breeding stock up there is it?

And the one guy that might have saved Donegal was Rory Gallagher and he moved to Cork and referred to himself as a Cork man (bit of a trend of that to be fair what with Graham Norton, Rory Gallagher, Doc Piptorius )

Dermot Gallagher should be a politician. They ask him is it a penalty he says it would be easy to give it. Is like just say yes or no, ya prick.

They ask him is it a clear foul anywhere else on the field and he dodges that question too. Really annoys me when these discussions turn into a bit of fun, whenever they push him, they make jokes about he’s gonna give me a yellow card. How about giving us some actual insight and push him on what the actual rules are, and why they weren’t followed. And once again they play the clear and obvious card as a way of defending var from any criticism.
                            I don't tip
