Before today I would have called this ridiculous. But now I'm genuinely worried. We've been like this since late March (barring the first 5 90+ minutes winning games). When they went wide and cut back the ball, they had several players in space at the edge of the box every time. Who would be a candidate?
Right now the heart says Klopp. He is exactly what everyone needs right now. Maybe even just temporarily.
But I don’t know if he is the right choice. I wouldn’t have a clue but maybe someone with more experience who’s been through good and bad times and knows how to deal with it all and a top man manager to get players going again.
Right now it feels like we’re at or close to the end for Slot. This isn’t good enough and there are no signs it’s changing any time soon and players are seriously underperforming.Comment
