Think I was laughed out of dodge for suggesting that
A stopped watch is right twice a day.
I think a few of us said that they were buying too many players though. There was a virtual group wank here when we signed all of the players in the summer. All of them have been terrible
Luis Enrique would be my shout. Glasner or Iraola are other options but I don't think they have the clout or authority to manage this club.

I doubt he's going anywhere. Even if he did we have zero money to give to a new manager after that massive spend. Why would someone come for that. Klopps 100% not returning. In that recent interview he was asked what he misses the most about managing liverpool. He said absolutely nothing. He's happy right now where hes at and doesnt plan on changing it.
I’ve mentioned it before but I wonder if the fact he doesn’t use the squad is causing some issues. He picks players on reputation not form and if you’re putting in the effort and training hard then you make a difference in little cameos but can’t get a start it’s going to impact your morale.
We know what players like Gomez can do yet he can’t even get a game at RB. I know he’s not had the best of games when he’s played but if you play one game a month it’s kind of difficult to build any form. Both RB’s injured and a midfield picked ahead of him.
Why bother keep these players if you don’t trust them.
Our record over the last 38 games in all competitions is W17 D5 L16 going back to February, so it has been there for a while people were willing to put CL exit down to tiredness and defeats in the league to already having the title more or less sewn up, but the performances back then were often worrying. Even with the run of wins to start the season we were rather lucky and not playing well. The new players haven't really settled and it doesn't look like we know how to play. Add to that last season Slot seemed to have a magic touch with subs and changes in games but this year the tactics have been really poor.
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

The idea of 'winning' the transfer window as some were suggesting seems a long time ago

I do feel for him, it's never a nice situation to be in, it's a massively pressurised environment for a manager when it's going wrong, even more so when you're manager of LFC.
I think even he acknowledged it was terrible so something has to come from this. We may end up turning things around and going on a run on a back of this result but equally he looks like isn't capable of turning things around and that's what's concerning as a fan.
