Think both those decisions, along with a similar one about VVD, are in the hands of the three players as they have only 10 or 11 months left on their current contracts.

Any of them decide they want to sign a pre contract with a foreign club come January or to just go to another EPL club come next summer, then nowt Edwards & co can do about it.


Think, if anything, us having a new manager gives a player that wants to run out his contract an easy excuse to peddle and say it is down to there being a new manager rather than having to come out and say they themselves wanted a move for more £££.

Slot will be involved for sure, but ultimately the squad building and keep, sell, renew decisions will be handled by the SD department now.
