Someone posted this on reddit after the Brentford game so it doesn't seem to have all the weekends results, but it makes it easy to see how many points-per-game each team needs to reach each total.

If a figure is in red, then its a higher ppg than the team has managed so far this season. So to get 80+ points, every other team would need to improve their form massively, whereas we can get to 80+ even with worse form than the first half of the season. And we're the only team that can reach 90 points based on form from the first half of the season In fact, we're the only team that would reach 80 points based on the results to far.

Without going all Big Chief, if Arsenal win all their games (they won't), 13 wins from 16 remaining matches wins us the title on GD, assuming that GD remains proportional to where it is now.

Maintaining our current ppg gets us to 91 (one short of that).

If we match each other till we play Everton and we win then, It would take an almost Newcastle style crash for us not to win it.

I have two fears.

A Newcastle style crash, but that seems so unlikely with Slot. He's so calm about everything, and the team is already very experienced. Slot is defo no Keegan.

A slow down with more draws and the odd defeat creeping in. It could happen, but Arsenal would need to go on some run to reel us in over the long haul.

I've got 10 wins, 5 draws and 2 losses, taking into other competitions we might still be in. Putting us on 85 points with likely superior goal difference.

We would need to drop our 2.38 PPG pace to 2.06. Arsenal would need to raise their's from 2.00 to 2. 56, or ideally 2.63 taking GD into account. They could do it by being out of all other comps by then but we would just need to convert one of our losses to a draw (or draw to a win obviously) and Arsenal have no chance.

Edit: for Arsenal to hit 2.63 they have to win 14 and lose 2.
