Bournemouth away is massive. A win there and we'll be in a very good place.
    Oh I don't know.

It looks like it takes both a massive upturn in performance from Arsenal and a down turn from us to stop this based on current PPG. If Arsenal only continue at 2.04 PPG then we win the League on or about 80 points. We are already on 53. So 9 or 10 wins should do it.

4 points in our next 2 games (Bou and Ev) will destroy Arsenal's resolve. 6 points in those games and it should be over.

2 points from those away fixtures and we're still on target but with Arsenal's tails up.
        One tit for another.

This. I do think City will take something from Arsenal this weekend (I don't think Arsenal are well set up for rapid transitions to take advantages of City's issues in midfield) so 6 points and I think it's over

Yeah a10-12 point lead with 14 games to play would be significant.

This weekend is massive alright- if we win and they lose, it will feel like one hand on it. But if we drop points, and then they go and beat city… I’ll start to get a little nervous then- especially with Everton away and city away on the horizon..
              I don't tip

Every game week is massive in it's own way from here on in.

But we have a bloody good team and are where we are on merit. Let others worry about having to play us or trying to catch us. You can argue that the stakes are high for us if we drop points but the stakes for the chasing teams are much higher as their margins for error are far far tighter.

Bournemouth are going to come right at us and get in our faces all game long. They have a good team and a good manager.

They play off the ball very much like Atalanta did against us a few seasons ago. But we are not the try to go punch for punch team we were under Klopp.

We are more measured now and we have gotten better at absorbing pressure in order to set up a counter attack and at the same time we are no shrinking violets when it comes to being able to go head on when the mood takes us.

Could Bournemouth beat us? Yeah they sure could if we are off the pace and they are really on it, but the flip side, and more likely option, is that we turn up resiliant and well on it and we know what tends to happens when we do that.
I don't hate people. I just feel better when they aren't around.

The current gap between us and Arsenal won't stay the same between now and the end of the season. It will fluctuate and I'm sure tighten up at various points, especially considering the state of our next five fixtures.

I think if we keep our belief when that happens, and beat them in early May, we will have done enough to earn the title. It's all about what we do and how we respond, regardless of how many points Arsenal do or do not drop.

I've got be honest though, I don't think the title will be won by as much as 6-9 points, whoever it goes to. I've got that feeling that says it will all come down to the last day again. And who do we play on that last day? Klopp's bane Crystal ****ing Palace.

Our next 5 PL games are massive, in form Bournemouth away, Everton away, Wolves at home, Man City away and Newcastle at home, some tough games there
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

Yep! Some potentially season defining games there, but as Jaco said, every game is massive in its own right

I also see that the first human case of bird flu has been detected in the UK, so tick that potential global pandemic box just when Liverpool are coming up the road

Not sure I want to tempt fate here, but it might not even run to May on current form..

There are 4 league games in May. After 34 games, on current form, we round up to 82 points, they round down to 69..

Fingers crossed for a Man City win (or a draw) tomorrow against Arsenal.

Big pity we didn't play Everton under Dyche as they were ****in garbage then and there is definitely a new manager bounce with Moyes back there. With it being the last derby at Goodison, and under the lights, then a win there would be epic

Our crapfest usually happens december/january area. Since we're now out of it without any big problems, if we win all our games from now and newcastle, and city beat arsenal, I'll be super confident for the first time of winning the league.

Wow didn't realise how utter ****e City had become. The fall is amazing and glorious. Real Madrid to hand their colon to them in a few weeks. Makes that Bournemouth victory all the more vital.
