Arsenal will drop points this weekend IMO, so we just need to keep worrying about our own results.

I suspect we’ll be as good as champions by the time we play them again.

We had done the hard work- and we were more than capable of being in a position now where the league was wrapped up.. there’s always gonna be slip ups, but if we had won 2/3 of those 4 games you mentioned, we’d be in a great position now to go for the quadruple!

We need a striker, Jota is out again, we need a left back, and central defender and preferably another central midfielder Slot can trust, not asking for all positions in January, but surely we can do something?

the worrying thing is as it stands we’ll need to replace 3 key players in the summer on top of this!

Poor Slot, he had no idea what he was getting himself into.

No matter what, we have a big summer ahead, possibly a huge one. Out of all the senior players, how many don't have a question mark over them and will be here in two years? Quansah, Jones, Dominik, Bradley, Gakpo, Gravenberch and hopefully Mac Allister, not many more.

          GK:
          Kelleher
          Alisson
          Jaros

          Defenders:
          Konate
          VVD
          Quansah
          Gomez
          Robertson
          Tsimikas
          Trent
          Bradley

          Midfielders:
          Jones
          Mac Allister
          Dominik
          Endo
          Gravenberch
          Elliott

          Forwards:
          Diaz
          Gakpo
          Nunez
          Jota
          Salah
          Chiesa
          * The above is posted in my opinion. Feel free to disagree.

Don’t forget Marmalade for our GK - hopefully our keeper for the next 10 years

until we see him sy he could just be another Karius

Just the mention of his name has spoilt my morning.

His track record for club and country over the past three or four seasons says otherwise though.

He might only be 24 but he has shown himself to be the sort of big unit goalkeeper that knows he is a big unit and how to use his size.

Big physical lad that to date seems to have the same sort of self belief that Alisson shows. Basically can make a mistake in a game and not shrink away after doing so.

For me he looks like he is about as sure a bet as Alisson looked when we got him. Think keepers, of a certain level, can be a little bit easier to notice and judge than outfield players.

Think once he settles in, he will be a wall between the sticks for us.

I almost don’t care what happens beyond this season. If this generation of players (Salah, Robbo, Virgil, Trent, Allison) could get a second title and the new lot get their first then I am prepared to watch football burn with City getting away with financial doping and clearly going to eventually dominate. Us getting a league this season and hopefully I can begin to emotionally check out.

I'm in 100% agreement with this. Mo and the others deserve to celebrate a title in front of fans. As do us the fans. Being mocked for so long and having to fight various injustices throughout the last 30 years. Win it and sign off. ****ing perfect.

I'm also in agreement with this. Especially due to personal reasons. We can all walk into the sunset and let Liv football be what it is.

We always say this and then it sucks us back in

That’s true also. But another League would make all the stress seem more worth it.

Oh I agree with you Buzzo. I’ve tried to distance and it drags me back in

A league title would help a lot
