Palace away is more than tricky, that's a genuine challenge. Glasner is clearly a top coach. We have our work cut out for us with this game. I think this will be our first dropped points of the season.
It's easy to distract fat people. It's a piece of cake.

Palace are the only other unbeaten team in the League. Will be a battle.

They're unbeaten in 17 games or something like that - that's some record to knock over this weekend

Will be tough but that's what champs do.

A point will be good but expect us to get the 3.

I have painful memories of the season with Houllier where we got off to a flyer - think we had a 5pt lead at the end of October. Pretty sure that season everyone was saying we were winning games without being at our best, the sign of champions etc

We then went on a two month winless run. 2002-03?

Feels weird saying it but I would actually like some real competition. It will maybe sharpen some of our players up (barring the exceptional performers already of course, i. e Szob, Gravo).

We're four points better off than from the corresponding fixtures last year and the arse are a point down.
                Which is nice.
We beat all the relegated sides away and arsenal beat them all at home so just swapped out the promoted for the relegated
11 points each last season from these 5 fixtures.

Aren't Arsenal 3 points down? Last season they got a draw at Anfield and beat City at the Emirates, unless I'm mistaken?

Twice before, us in 19/20 and some City side in recent years.

They beat united away - drew there last year

Oh Ok, I thought they won there last year but apparently not.

With Leoni out until next year, anyone think Takehiro Tomiyasu is worth a go, on a free and just started training again after knee surgery
I make no apologies, this is me

I'd be giving Bajcetic a go there and see how he gets on.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

As in, give him a go in training and maybe test him next LC game, not throw him in against Palace or Chelsea.
