He's invaluable in the dressing room though, our most passionate player for a long time now. He wouldn't be first choice to start but another season would be great.

I know yesterday was about the other end off the pitch, but he had a great game yesterday. He's going to be a big loss and should be handcuffed until we've got a capable replacement.

True, it's no coincidence that Pepe has risen to the joint third most clean sheets this season playing fewer games than those above him. Carra has been a big help in that...
