He's knocking on the door of the Liverpool first team mate. Why wouldn't a Premier League team start him or at least use him regularly as a sub?

I think Ibe may get sub appearances at a mid-lower PL club, but I don't see him being a regular starter, to develop he really needs games if a Championship club could give him regular games that would be the better option IMO.

I'm not so sure...... Sturridge should have to wait until either Sterling, Coutinho or Suarez (yeah right) lose some form or fitness

No chance IMO,we've seen it recently,if Suarez can be kept quiet on the goals scored front(difficult but has been done) then we don't have much threat otherwise. With Sturridge there defenders have two to keep their eyes on,makes more opportunities for both of them.
