I hope that he was left out of the squad because it was an away game, hopefully he'll be back in the squad for the next home game. The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

sterling and ecclestone should be included in all match squads from now till summer.
sterling is good enough to change a game as a sub when the oppo is tiring and our strikers this year have shown they cant score so give eccelstone a chance and see if he can.People who think there's no good way to die have obviously never heard the phrase 'Drug-fuelled-sex-heart-attack'.

Probably does need moved on but at present it wouldnt hurt to try him out - young lad trying to make an impact might have better luck than what carroll, kyut, bellers and usarez have had this year.Originally posted by Pablo1981 View PostSterling yes. Eccelstone no. He needs to be moved on in the summer, he's never going to make it here.
ive never seen the appeal of ngoo in the matches ive seen with him in and morgan doesnt look the most mobile but again (ready or not) id be happoy to see one of them brought into the team / squad and given a chance.Originally posted by Reece View Post
I'd rather see Morgan or Ngoo to be honest, even though neither of those are probably ready.People who think there's no good way to die have obviously never heard the phrase 'Drug-fuelled-sex-heart-attack'.

Coady looked promising the other year but this year hes reminded me more and more of Darren Potter*Originally posted by Havors View PostHe and Suso and Cody and Amoo really need to start getting chances to experience first team football and prove they can compete at premier league level... which is ironic because some of our established player cant!
Nothing to play for in the league no so this is perfect time to give them 20 mins here and there.
* or maybe Brian Potter I cant decideBob Paisley - "This club has been my life. I'd go out and sweep the street and be proud to do it for Liverpool if they asked me to."

Does he still not excel for England at CB though? I thought we'd maybe see him move back there as a ball playing CB.Originally posted by Lecter View PostCoady looked promising the other year but this year hes reminded me more and more of Darren Potter*

I'm pretty sure that match was shown live on MUFC TV and was free for that day because I remember raving about him too after a performance against United.Originally posted by Shaggy View PostI went to watch our ressies play United once and Potter played really well - afterwards I told everyone he was gonna make it

I still haven't learnt my lesson either as I'm still bigging every youth team player up as the big next thing. If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?
