Is it not possible that Suso has been asked to play different roles to help his game/development?Originally posted by saj View PostI normally accept peoples opinions but on this I'll have to completely disagree - he is absolutely pants. If you look at his record, I don't think he has scored a single goal or got an assist for this season. And he has been subsituted off in virtually every game. I think it's criminal that Suso has to play on the wings just so he can play "in the hole""The man who never alters his opinion is like standing water, and breeds reptiles of the mind."

It's nothing to do with the fact that Adorjan is getting the nod over Suso to play in the hole. Every youngster needs to experience playing in different places, the more versatile a player the more useful he can be to the club (with injuries etc). Also you learn far more about football if you have to play in other peoples positions.

Yes maybe, but he's played there the whole season. And all he does is cut in anyway so he's not really developing much and instead his actual skills are not being usedOriginally posted by dww View PostIs it not possible that Suso has been asked to play different roles to help his game/development?My kebab comes with chilli sauce

He's already better than Downing. To think we spent over 20m on a player worse than a 17 year old in our academy. All that time Downing has spent on the pitch could have gone into Raheem Sterling's development in the first team and we probably wouldn't even be in a worse position than we are now.

not only would his performances have probably have been better, but his crosses and dribbling would have brought more from others.
sick of kenny sticking with his poor purchases, just to try and prove he made good decisions
removing all the weak links makes us stronger
too many gutless players, no beef or desire. pussies everywhere... sack them all.

Give Suso a 20 minute cameo too and I'd guess he'd show more than Henderson has all season.
And Shelvey's better than Adam as well.
That's 43 million wasted without even considering the Carroll signing. Awful, awful signings whoever was responsible for them. I just hope we've learned from these mistakes and make the right signings this summer.

Can't wait to see a team face both Suarez and Sterling running at their defence. Brilliant cameo from Raheem today and really looking forward to him breaking in to the first team next season, not only an effective player but so exciting that you even want to watch us play Fulham in a nothing game
I think the last exciting, dribbling and direct player was McManaman, my favourite player ever
