i saw nathan redmond last night and he looks like sterlings twin.

Again like sterling he looked slight for the league but not necessarily small but skinny. He will fill out though and by 20 i would think he would be sufficiently built to play a significant part.

I'm gonna go ahead and say I don't think he will play much next season. If we get a lower league team in the cup then he may get a cameo.

I think we'll know more about BR's intention here at the end of the TW. If we buy wide players or retain cole & maxi then he mightn't get much chance but if we offload & don't replace then he may see some action.

Why wouldn't he get a chance over Cole? He showed last season in the small cameo roles that he offered even more threat than Downing. He could be our best winger in the team and deserves the chance to try to prove it.

Oh I agree but if we can't offload Cole the pressure may be on BR to play him to justify the wages. Hope not

Downing was signed by Kenny and given a chance by Kenny. Cole was not signed by BR and has allready been given a chance. If Cole stays he should be give a fair chance to impress BR early on. If he fails to do so I doubt many (including the owners) will hold that against BR.

The cases are very different IMO.
