Yeah he's a good player and it'll be nice to have someone else who can do the energy thing other than Hendo. Though knowing our luck given he's been playing pro since 16 he'll probably become shot to pieces over the summer and barely be able to move once we've signed him to a massive contract.

Opinions are like assholes we all have them...IMHO Milner is just plain average and shows the ambition of FSG.
They bought LFC for £300m and we are valued close to £700m recently over 100% return thus far.
They have hardly spent (net spend) either, just sufficient and that's after harvesting our biggest asset, with little to no football knowledge at executive level. (Don't get me started on the Harley pantomime dame).
When have you ever seen a statue of a committee? Never coz committees just don't work, they project mediocrity.
BR is also amateur along with his team of amateurs, learning on the job..really...when you are paid big bucks....
The character of the man too...taken to court by his ex missus of 24 years for fair alimony....
The vanity, the endless blarney...sick of it ....
It seems that the only winning FSG want to do is in improving the value of LFC for resale...

I like Milner, decent player, good engine with a bit of guts about him. It's more functional than inspiring alright and I get why some aren't too pushed but hopefully we can add a few quality players alongside the Milner transfer.... we're going to need them!!!Comment
