Dunno if he would have made it there, seems a bit too much lead in his arse.

Surround Milner with quality(Man City) and he'll look good. With us he isn't and he doesn't. For me he epitomises the whole team - lots of effort but no quality.

Replacing him with quality is preferable though.

He looked more agile at Man City, quicker to everything. With us, he looks slow and sluggish. Even at City, he had very good technical ability, but here, it's just gone.

I hope the coaching staff can sort it out.

For me he'd be the first to go when Henderson comes back but it's somehow difficult to envisage him being dropped. Really starting to do my head in.

Most players would look good with Aguero and Silva making runs and space for you.

Need Jurgen to work his magic on our players as they are playing in their shells at the moment.

Even Coutinho has lost his spark the last couple of games.

Last night was the first time i've realised he's actually not very good. Him and Allen in a team gives us nothing going forward or defensively.

I'd drop him for Hendo when fit

I didn't see last night but for me Milner (and Lallana) have been much better than Coutinho this season. They all suffer from the lack of a consistent, on form, striker with whom they have an understanding.

He doesn't shirk a tackle and loves to leave his foot in. We need a bit of dirt in the team. Just keep him off set pieces. He will get better as the team do. Very good team player.

People make excuses for Phil & rightly so. But it also needs to be taken into account as to why the other lads are also struggling.

Leaving his foot in cost us a goal yesterday.

I thought that was possibly a deliberate yellow card.

I've seen a few suggest this, has he racked a few up for a ban?
