To be fair he's not ****, just an epic crock. Struggled early in his LFC career badly, but improved a hell of alot & when he is fully fit he's a very good DM. The fit part is the problem unfortunately.

I think that not giving the vice captaincy to Skrtel shows that people at the club probably think he lacks leadership skills.

I'm sure the players realise that he's the right choice. I like Skrtel but have never seen him as a leader tbh.

He's a good choice, hard to see many natural leaders in the current team tbh. When signing Milner many of us argued hat experience and leadership were needed, and this was the signing for it. Makes sense getting him right in to the hierachy.

Tbh. I can't really see anyone else outside Sakho that have any decent experience or seem level headed and outgoing determined enough.
