He's a good player he just clearly hasn't been fit for the last year or so and needed time to get back to fitness. One thing I want to see him do this year is hit the ****ing target, he's one of the worst strikers of a ball I've ever seen. Amazed by the stick Henderson has had on here over the last year or so, when he has had to play without his full fitness and with an injury too.
As a player whose game is based on his physicality he level was bound to suffer.
No coincidence that with the heel issue resolved, and a decent pre-season under his belt, he starting show his quality.
It's a shame people have such short memories though.Comment
