Pretty much every premier league winning squad had a bit part player at that level making the numbers up and getting a few games.

If fit, then yes. Schalke have no CL/EL footy this season
He has had a few injury issues this season though so he may well be a summer signing rather than a January one if we go for him. Personally I would prefer to get him onboard asap and take it from thereLast edited by Doc_Piptorious; 28-12-17, 03:06 PM.I don't hate people. I just feel better when they aren't around.

No doubt but not as a “regular in the starting line up”.Originally posted by BillobShaisley View PostPretty much every premier league winning squad had a bit part player at that level making the numbers up and getting a few games.
It's easy to distract fat people. It's a piece of cake.

Yebbut Wijnaldum plays more often than a "bit part player" should and Migs is in goals every bloody game. If Wini was reduced to "bit part" status I'd agree he could play a part (not sure what though as I still struggle to pin down exactly what type of midfielder he actually is) in a successful side. Migs just needs to do one though. He aspires to take Courtois' place in the Belgian national side and he won't help himself with that from our bench. It's easy to distract fat people. Could have sworn this was a Henderson thread. I don't think Can, Hendo or Gini are top drawer and that's one of the reasons we are leaky at the back - Keita will help rampaging all over the pitch but we could do with another quality central midfielder in the summer or now if at all possible.

If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

Glad it's not just me.Originally posted by Red_Polo View PostDrives me nuts as well. Gini. As in Georginio.

Until today, Dan Perkins is the only one I noticed doing it, but I was sure if it was intentional, in a Harv type way.If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

In all fairness his full name is ridiculously hard to spell so Wini or Gini is spot on
