I wonder if hendersons dm game has improved having been able to see fabinho playing there, and with all the off field analysis he has developed a better understanding of the role.

Was talking about this recently. I dare say he's definitely learned from Fabinho, but I also think our current style of play makes him more pleasing on the eye and showcases his talents more. The biggest criticism of him was always his sideways passing, even though his instruction was to recycle quickly and keep possession. Now that we are playing more direct and utilising the 'long ball' option, he's able to express himself more and play the passes he's clearly capable of.

The long ball and the big diagonal is something that Hendo is clearly using this season, great to mix it up. His work rate was always fantastic and he always got stuck in but he seems to be dominating and influencing games these days.
