It's good that he's growing into the captain's role. He's a very good player and we need a leader who won't be bullied. Henderson is like one of us, we wouldn't take any **** and it seems like he won't either.

Is No. 4 Fabregas? Looks at how he complains that one of our players gently passed the ball to his knee. What a fanny.

He plays for chelsea, they train to be fannys and gob****es.

Costa started on 4-5 players on Tuesday waiting for one to take the bait, Jordan obviously did

Also Fabregas is right moany bitch these days, ****ing man marked the ref all game questioning every decision.

Love how Costa is the first to back off and Henderson is rooted in place. Legend.

Lets be honest though, its not difficult to be a "hard" on a football pitch at this level though is it. It always ends up with handbags at 6 paces, an amusing spectacle to see the chests come out and the heads start pecking back and fourth like chickens hunting for worms, but in reality nothing ever happens.

No but Henderson is no wimp. He's 6'1, barrel-chested and clearly growing into his role as - unbelievably - one of our more senior players and potential long term captain. I ****in love him and his attitude.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

Didnt look Captain material when he signed, but hes great. Natural replacement for Gerrard.

                          *Except Michael, who died.

He is definitely turning 'man' and growing into the captain role. I always thought he was a pussy when he arrived but the transformation is brilliant.

I love the attitude, its something we've been missing, I just find it all a bit cringy when we have people saying that one of our players would tear someone apart based on chest pumping and attitude on a football pitch

He's big now though isn't he?
Noticeable how's he's bulked up through gym work over the last 12-18 months.

Footballing wise the biggest difference this year is his range of passing, previously everything was less than 10 yards now he's confident enough to drill a diag and switch play.

His soft ankle fade volley out to Moreno (I think) in the latter stages was a thing of beauty
