I like Hendo, a criminally underrated player for me because he came via Sunderland and was always in the Shadow of Gerrard. I think he has really grown into the Captains role and when he is on it, he really affects games in a big way. But, for me since this foot injury was identified he has never been consistently the same player.
That said we just played PSG away with a horrendous Ref and quite possibly the worse play acting going unpunished the CL has ever seen. We lost by 1 goal. It wont be down to Hendo, he is not responsible. Giving away soft goals in previous games which we should have won is the main culprit of our current situation. Happy to have Hendo as our captain and at the club, he may get cycled out of the starting 11 but just look at Millie, that was supposed to happen with him and he is arguably one of the most important players at the club.

People need to chill their beans, its fine, **** happens. Bring of Everton ! Everytime we have had a bad Champions LG away performance it has taken our game in the Lg to another level so there are some silver linings

He's hardly ever 100%, that's the problem. It's clear by the way he plays that he's holding back and will play it safe.

Get him out of international duty/play him once a week as a starter/if there's another game in a week, use him as sub with 20 mins to go (like start of season) and we'll see him at his best.
