Also I think I am right in saying that all the managers with less than a 50% win record were sacked? (Aside from the Evans/Houllier partnership where Evans quit, but was in truth undermined when we brought in someone to jointly do his job.)

“If we are to replicate what we did two years ago we will have to build something. That will take time. That is frustrating for supporters but there are new players to come in.

Would suggest a lack of ambition by the club if Rodgers is telling the truth about the owners never setting him a target of a top four finish.
