Well i have to say i wasn't too enfused with him being appointed; but that 1st press conference has made me feel more positive. Strong, single minded, takes no **** & calls it as it is.

Looking forward to see how he copes with certain ego's, if he gets all onside i think he'll do well; that said if they don't get his idea's/manner i suspect they'll be the ones shipped out; not the manager (ala Chav's)

One other point about adopting such a attacking football philosophy and making it an apparent corner stone in the search for a new manager is that it automatically rules out the likes of Moyes, whom some people mysterious think would have been at the top of the candidates list if he wasn't managing the bitters.

We have a chance if we sell ourselves well to the players.

From everything i have read about Brendan and from the way he conducts himself and his passion for the game, I really feel that we could get some top top playerswho buy into his methodology.

While City and Chelsea will still get the first pick there are those that won't want to go there becuase they want to play more than what will be offered.

Arsenal, Tottenham are attractions because of London and champs league in arsenals case but they wont pay big.

And you will always get a certain type of cunt who wants to play at Old Trafford.

But while i am on this super wave of optimism I really feel we will get a couple of real top top draw players
