One thing BR seems to have worked out is the expectations of the supporters and the club. He shows a quiet determination and passion rather than arrogance. I have been impressed by the noises he has been making in the media so far and it suggests he knows how to represent the club, and what is expected of him in this position, he doesn't seem overwhelmed and suffers from none of the verbal dysentery that Woy battered us with during his time. BR seems to know how to keep it succinct and to the point. Lets hope he gets the team playing with such control and direction.
