Probably talking about how playing the Championship would be a great honour, and allow us to build for a sucessful run at survival in the Premier League.

All they need is Hodgson and is the whos-who of overrated bull**** talking managers.

          But that's all of them.
          .
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

I actually think he's starting to get things right on the playing field, but I wish he'd keep his gob shut. He's slightly less irritating than Hodgson. I do cringe when I listen to the rubbish he spouts, that documentary series at the beginning of the season has really tainted my view of him.

Tend to agree but that programme wasn't anything to do with him but yes he could've played a better part

They're all overexposed these days and I think all of them talk rubbish. It's unavoidable when they're interviewed seemingly daily, their press conferences are carried live whether they say anything interesting or not and they get misreported and trapped and whatever. And if they don't talk the media takes against them because they aren't good copy.

The only reason Benitez and a few others get away with it some of the time is because the odd constructions and expressions they use make their platitudes sound poetic or cryptic or engaging in some other way.

He's going to be on Goals on Sunday, on, erm, Sunday.

                        Ready.... steady.... Go!

I think he's trying to win the PR battle that we've been losing for a number of years now. He can be cringeworthy at times (although Neil has alluded to how this can happen to any manager) but at least he's got the press back on our side somewhat. I think that helps to relieve some of the pressure on the club.

It's not a big deal at all but I do wish he wouldn't go on that show. Do you ever see Ferguson or Wenger on there? No you don't. And dare I say it Rafa doesn't piss about on shows like that either. Not all of them go in for such over exposure.

No big deal but I'd prefer he didn't go on these shows. No Liverpool manager should be seen on shows like that.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

Yeah, same here. I'll forever associate that show with likes of Phil Brown and Sam Allardyce.
