Title challenge well into February in his second year given the shambles of previous seasons - phenomenal achievement by Brendan. Had my doubts about him but I was completely 100% wrong.

In addition to the attractive football and the goals, it is the way he handles the youngsters - rebukes them if necessary, encourages them, shields them from the public eye. His handling of Sterling and Flanagan has been brilliant.
