        i for one think that rodgers is playing it quite well. spins it into a test of character, into something that will help you grow and get better. focus on the now and on the positives and take it from there. see if you've got what it takes. embrace the bad times and the pressure and let it be the making of you. says the players all have it in them and all that.
        it's all of that modern management ****e but the thing is it works when done well. and i think he does it very well.
