Something CMS said on ST that I thought was a good point. April gives other managers a heads up of the vacancy, whereas now just means we have 6 months with no manager.

Probably havent got any money left to spend so we will struggle to attract the real top names. De Boer has shown he can do a good job with young players of which we have plenty. Also works with a DoF. By all accounts he was one of the first choices when Kenny was sacked
