Thanjk you.
Paul.S
Let's just hope he rattles one in on the last home game, proper Stevie style!
Or as a minimum smash one off the crossbar like Carra did!
Klopp on LFC vs MUFC (March 9th 2016) - "This is why I love football. This is why we watched it when we were young. I can still not have enough of it."
Always, keep your face to the sun, and shadows will fall behind you.
Best ever??? It is a close call but if he isn't then he is a cunts hair away from being.....put it this way, Steven Gerrard would probably have been captain of any liverpool team ever...
Also, his performance in Istanbul......I have never seen a player play so well as Stevie did in that game. He was like a man possessed. ****in immense. I remember when Milan brought on a fresh serginho in the second half and Stevie played on the right back role for a while and ****in owned him as well.....he played about 4 different positions that night and was the best player in each of them by a country mile.
If you think about it though.......Gerrard, Johnson and Enrique leaving in the summer will save the club about 300k per week / 15m per year in wages alone.
I think we would be better giving that to one top top player.....
For me he's the best ever- but i'm 27 so never saw Kenny play. Even still, Stevie has to be the best ever. He played in some dreadful teams and dragged that 2005 team to win that champions league. .

Wait until the day comes. We'll all be in bits. I'm not that fussed at the moment, because I think it's the right decision. But when the day comes, his last game, and he says his goodbyes, it's going to hit us like a ****ing train.
True. It's a shame the last game isn't at Anfield.
We may even see some Hyypia like tears

an absolute legend, and hopefully he can lift another trophy this season.
it's for the best though, and as far as this season goes he should be mostly used as an impact sub, and hopefully this news will make brendan finally realise that.
We will be telling our grandkids about his heroics. The memories he helped create, the things he did on the pitch for liverpool football club. One of our greatest players.
