It's not that he's been immense he's just got it, he doesn't even need to be at the top of his game which he was tonight.

He's just so much better than everyone else. We all know his drive and his capability but he is so much more than that.

His tackling is disciplined, strong and fierce. His crossing pisses on everyone else's. His passing wouldn't be out of place in the Barcelona team. His shooting is ****ing unbelievable.

His motivation inspires those around him, as much as a sad ****er I might sound he even motivates me when it comes to playing five a side.

He has matured massively and he should have been captain years ago instead of either Terry, Parker or Ferdinand who didn't deserve to be anywhere near that armband.

I've slagged Gerrard off as captain in the past and wondered why he has ever been captain but NO ONE, NO ONE has deserved the armband more than he has for club or country and I'm not just saying that because I'm a Liverpool fan.

Fans of other countries would be saying the exact same.

Body fat is carried on your chest, stomach or backside.

If he is bigger than a few years ago then by the looks of that clip it could only be that he's packed some more muscle on.
