That has real SSN 'breaking news' potential

Jose 3/5 to be gone next year though.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

Part 2
What does Rafael Benitez make of the state of Liverpool since he left the club at the end of last season?
In the second part of Guillem Balague's exclusive interview with the former Reds boss, which you can only see in full here on skysports.com, he discusses the current state of things at Anfield.
He explains why things went wrong in the final months of his reign and reflects on the impact of subsequent managers Roy Hodgson and Kenny Dalglish. He also shares his hopes for the future.
The second part of the interview includes:
NOT IN GOOD COMPANY - He describes his frustration as Liverpool became more of a company than a football club under Tom Hicks and George Gillett.
HODGSON'S CHOICE - He denies he left Roy Hodgson a poor squad of players and says his replacement made mistakes during his spell in charge.
KING KENNY - He praises the job done by the current Liverpool manager, but says he would love to return to the job one day.
RIVAL REALITY - He says he was never approached about the Blackburn Rovers job and suggests he would never take over at one of Liverpool's main rivals.
MEDIA FOCUS - He explains how some elements of the media misrepresented him during his six years in charge at Anfield. Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

Found the last question pretty interesting. I think that Benitez would have been briefed before hand on the questions he was going to be asked. Why would he agree to fielding the question about Ferguson if all he was going to do was to refuse to answer it? It was also phrased in an extremely leading manner.Originally posted by Shaggy View Post

No way would he would have loaned Aquilani. We basically gave a good player away for a year.Originally posted by Arn View PostSounds like he wouldn't have sold Benayoun and that Aquilani and Insua would have stayed if he had been the one making the decisions.
I reckon Yossi would have gone.K ris90210

We got 6 million for him didn't we? That's not a bad return for him in my opinion. Rafa wouldn't have got significantly more.Originally posted by little dave hedgehog View Posthe mentioned he was undermined with yossi because we sold him too cheap and could've gotten more for him. not that he was angry he was gone. in fact it was benitez who told yossi to find a new club.K ris90210

Yeah, Yossi implied that he would have stayed if he'd know Rafa was going, but it was too late.Originally posted by little dave hedgehog View Posthe mentioned he was undermined with yossi because we sold him too cheap and could've gotten more for him. not that he was angry he was gone. in fact it was benitez who told yossi to find a new club.

and you believed him?Originally posted by Helios Creed View PostYeah, Yossi implied that he would have stayed if he'd know Rafa was going, but it was too late.
He lied in the interview about his playing time so why believe that part of the interview?
I will never believe that Chelsea just suddenly turned up. What I believe is that Chelsea contacted Yossi months before he moved to them and he made it clear that he would join them and no one else.
Did Rafa find out about it? Probably. Then the pack your bags comment would fit in what really happened. The manager finding out that a player negotiated a move behind his back. Then it would also fit in with that Purslow decided to sell Yossi to Chelsea and didn't invite a better offer.Stop the cyberhate

from now on I will skip talking about our finances. That is a promise and will save myself from looking like a
