I disagree that the ownership issues at LFC gave him more power than normal. It made it more difficult for him to effect change and therefore gave him less power and not more. Also disagree that Rafa is any more prone to an outburst than any other manager under the same circumstances.

If Rafa wanted to control everything then why did he give away the control of the academy as soon as he got it?

He signed up people he could trust and gave them total control.

I tend not to believe the man who Rafa proved to be a lier when we sold Benayoun.
