Can't see four years, unless this is more serious than we think and no mitigating factors. I reckon it will be 12-24 months, based on absolutely nothing besides my bloated gut.

If they think he did it deliberately then the starting point is 4 years. If they think it was accidental then the starting point is 2 years. Then they can reduce both depending on mitigating factors, one of which is admitting guilt early (i.e. not insisting on the "B" sample being tested).

I would micromanage their diets and biochemistry weekly, the clubs medical team should absolutely know every hair on every senior players body, including what they are putting into them on a weekly basis, any unusual stats should get flagged for closer inspection, He ****ed up, its done, If he is not banned for too long I am happy for him to stay, anything pushing on a year and then see you

What facts?

Some journo's said it was a fat burner. Uefa have said nowt. Nobody has proven him to be using performance enhancers or proven him to be cheating. He took a banned substance and none of us know why so I'll wait until they actually tell us what it was before I judge him and even then I won't know why he was taking it unless he tells us. I'm very disappointed in him and gutted he'll be missing but I won't hang the fella cos we've all made mistakes. He wasn't pushing heroin to kids. If he's the devil then Kolo should be ****ed out of the club too since he's also a "convicted drugs cheat".

What I dont get is, whats the point of using a masker which is also on the banned substance list, kind of defeats the purpose, test negative for steroids but positive for maskers which still carry a 2 year suspension.

Honestly I not sure if clubs already do this, but I would give the players 1 scheduled cheat day a week, the rest of the time I would have them eating meals provided by the clubs nutritionists, pre packed.
