Emre is has a lot of potential but he is also not just potential, a signing for this season as well. I said it was a steal when we got him for 10 mil. He is the one i am most excited to watch this season of our current signings.

Good player this fella. Technically very good, strong and gets up and down the pitch a lot. I reckon he'll be playing alongside Henderson and Gerrard as first choice once he adapts.

I'd think he would be used more as a replacement for either 2 and mostly for Gerrard.

He does look very good though. Physically he has exactly what you need to succeed here (unlike Aspas), he's very strong, very quick, very fit. Technically he also looks very good.

Daft to get carried away in pre-season (although we all do it), but the early signs look very promising. I'd say he's pushing for a start against Southampton given his form.
