Makes a mockery of all reasons previously mentioned for him wanting to leave though. One reason, game time will be far worse there than here. If he goes there he's a massive bellend basically

Don’t think he’s going to City. Just can’t see it myself. Wasn’t Pep at Bayern when they let him go? Anyway if he does go I’d expect it to be to a continental team but I haven’t given up hope of him staying yet.

I think that he hasn't signed for anyone yet gives hope he still might stay

and that's why he can **** right off .. utterly useless against teams the sit back, week in week out, you can set your ****ing watch by it. He is not happy to be roatated, he probally needs a steady run to get up to to match form yet he has little or no effect on the game from middle of the pitch when every single ****ing team even the good ones park the ****ing bus like that. What a bunch of utter bottlers

His agent is a complete cunt
He came to us via a cunt move and he will leave the same way
Out of the 40 odd players, his agent represents .. something like 70% of them are in their last year of their contracts
I really do like the guy in big games but I struggle to remember when he has had a good game let alone a great game against teams outside the top 8
I'd be happy with him as a squad player but he would not have him play these types of games, he just not suited to them, period.

That is a direct quote from my last post about him before this game, no knee jerking here I have been saying it for ages, its painfully obvious

You could apply that to a lot of players in our side though

No doubt he was frustrating last night, his final ball was generally poor but at least he was trying to push the team on - he spent loads of time trying to find a way past 10 men.

In contrast, Wijnaldum spent his time passing sideways.

He has started pretty much every game since early December (maybe since before that). He had been pretty consistent, but was miles off as Swansea over ran us and out fought us last night.

                        The contract issue isn't helpful.
                        Modifying post.

He at least had some runs forward, through balls, an effort at goal etc. Gini had another of his barely seen, no dribbles, no shots, no through balls etc etc games which is increasingly regular against anyone outside of the top 6. The Ox had an off day but it was madness he got subbed before Wijnaldum.

Agree about The Ox, he wasn't effective but he was another one trying to do something. Wijnaldum should have been hooked at halftime.

We should have dropped Firmino deeper (cos he doesn't stay in the middle anyway) and stuck a proper striker up top to try and create a bit of space.

Can wasn't the reason we lost. Both full backs and the two attacking mids were more to blame for not doing their jobs properly.

Wijnaldum is always doing this, annoys the **** out of me
