Good luck to him, he hadn't developed as we might have hoped, but I still believe there is time for him. Just glad that he isn't going to another PL club, I was starting to worry that they weren't announcing this because he was going to Man City.

I was starting to worry it would be United - he'd have been ideal for them...

Good luck to him. I think Italian footy will suit his lazier spells better and he could become one of their best players. I'm happy with the look of our midfield next year without him though.

30m is for a 24 year old German international is about the going rate in this market IMO. Remember this is the same market which United paid £90m for Paul Pogba. Just because I don't think he suits the premier league, doesn't mean he cannot go on to be a big success in Serie A.
