Trent is world class, arguably the best RB in world football.

At least we got some transfer fee for Owen.

Forgot about your check up. Glad it went well. Nicely played to bring that up as a way to try and deflect

Not sure if you have heard, but Tomasz and Pawel have a banner up in the car park at the old place.

Not sure what it means though.

Głupiec, który zjadł łabędzia. Odszedł, żeby zdobyć więcej pieniędzy.

    Łakomy brzuch.

I remember being gutted when Kevin Keegan left and we all know what happened then and I definitely remember the great Summer signings in 1987 when we signed Beardsley, Barnes, Houghton etc and created the most beautiful team on the planet. So I am not too bothered.

We do things with facts and I think Liverpool have assessed and decided they dont want to break the bank for anyone and that no one is irreplaceable. I have a feeling we will lose all three and give Slot the opportunity to rebuild.
Whilst i agree with this, the world of football is different now & cashing in is so important; so him leaving on a free is a problem however you weigh it up.

If he has been offered a 300k contract then I'd guess its so we could then sell him for a big fee and maybe not because we really wanted to keep him
Trent has already decided he's off, nothing the club could do, but maybe they should have been trying to wrap this up 18 months ago so he could still go and we get the fee rather than trent get a massive sign on bonus as well as a fat contract.
I feel trent has been following Madrids instructions to maximise his fees.
We've all seen vvds frustration with him at times, so I'm glad he's going. Local lad, but that isn't the most important thing.
    Hasta luego.
Yeah, I have a hunch that the club thought the same and gave it a go.

More likely he'll be limping to make sure he doesn't get played and end up with an injury that leaves him without a contract.

the interesting variable here is the Club World cup which starts 14th June. Trents contract finished 30th June - so we may get a small amount from Madrid to release him early.

    My answer would be no.

    Or £20m please
