5 months later and I'm still not playing football but I can run comfortably.

I don't feel confident I'll play football again tbh. But then again I'm 50 in April.

    Yer old and creaky.

Same as the other broken down nags like Bob & co

Best thing I ever did. If you come off it your body takes a few months before your levels will be back to pre TRT. I'd probably feel like **** for a while but the upside is more than worth it.
I also take BPC 157 (a peptide) which has worked miracles on my tendonitis.
    Definitely suitable under some conditions.

Yeah, most on TRT are in private clinics, NHS will only do it if you're in a red zone and even then i reckon it'd be a struggle depending on where you live.

Did you go through your doc or a private clinic?

I thought my testosterone levels were bad and experiencing everything you mention but a blood test said I was OK. I still think I need it, can I insist?

Yeh you can see if its known he is off, The injury will definitely keep him out all season. Convenient for all parties.

Well if he is out for the season, and is intending to leave there is no reason not to announce it, Not sure I agree the final is the best time to announce it though.

If he isn't playing again he doesn't need to worry about stick from fans on match days. Also if Fowler's theory is correct then we should be good to announce VVD and Salah's contracts that were supposedly signed ages ago.

I suspect that won't happen and it will be touch and go whether he will be available again before the end of the season ...

Funnily enough I was already seeing a sports therapist for my achilles on the same ankle, and had an appointment already booked with him the morning after I mangled it. You should have seen his face when I limped in with the new injury.

I've been studiously sticking with the rehab before and since.

I'm going to the gym now () to get the fitness up. I bloody detest gyms.
