queef has been top class the last few games… and Allison should still walk back in. It’s tough for kelleher, but that’s the business.

However, as long as we’re still in the title race, I’d like to see kelleher play in every FA cup and Europa league game, so he could be looking at somewhere in the region of 30 games this season. That’s pretty good going for a number 2 keeper.

Kelleher has been very very solid. I think this run is very good for him and us. Its hard to judge a player when they only play a few games each year.

But... Alisson is world class. When he is fit he plays.

I dont think Kelleher is at that level, but he does look better in every game I see him. Maybe he could replace Alisson when he retires, but I also think every game he play is showing his ability and he may not want to wait around when his star is rising

He should.

I have made a similar arguement in the past as to why the likes of Bradley and Gomez deserve to stay in the team, but the difference in quality between Kelleher and Alisson is huge.


Kelleher is a very good option for us and more than just fills in when called upon.

Alisson for me is the best keeper in the world.


Might be different if Kelleher was another level up again in terms of quality, but Alisson is almost peerless.

I imagine with his injury being hamstring related the decision would be made to not have him sitting on a bus for ages and then in a dodgy Wembley chair as well.

He was getting a beard wash, followed by a beard trim, a nice brushing and then a generous application of beard oil and beard balm.



Very important part of the routine of any owner of a great beard.


Cannot expect something like a cup final to get in the way of beard care.
